How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Can I use PumplAI offline?

Currently, PumplAI requires an internet connection for AI features. However, you can view previously loaded workouts offline. Full offline mode is on our roadmap.

How does the AI workout generation work?

Our AI analyzes your fitness goals, available equipment, time constraints, and workout history to create personalized workout plans. The more you use PumplAI, the better it understands your preferences.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your fitness information is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for details.

Can I share my workouts with friends?

Yes! You can share individual workouts via link or export them. Trainers can also share custom programs with their clients through the Trainer tier.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@pumpl.app within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
